Returns and Refunds Policy:

At Unalome Botanicals, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@unalomebotanicals.com for assistance.

Discrepancies and Shortages:


If you receive an item with any discrepancies, broken merchandise, or shortages, please contact us immediately. These issues must be reported within 30 days from the date the order is received. Unalome Botanicals is not responsible for any added shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by our company. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.

Return Instructions:


To initiate a return, please contact us at support@unalomebotanicals.com for detailed instructions. Qualifying returns are eligible for a refund back to the original form of payment. All items that are shipped back to Unalome Botanicals must match the original invoice. Customers are encouraged to provide any additional details to assist us in locating their account.

Return Criteria:


Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging, and refunds will be issued only for the unused portion of the product returned. We do not accept returns on products that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients. Refunds will only be issued for products that are returned in the original form that they were purchased in. We do not accept returns of opened oils, balms, tinctures, or herbal extracts.

Product Infestation:


If you receive a product that has been found to contain insects within a 30-day period of receiving the item, Unalome Botanicals will offer an immediate refund for the dollar value of the product. Refunds will not be issued for any other damage the insects may have caused outside of the packaging.

Non-Qualifying Items:


Please do not return products that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

Reshipment:


Unalome Botanicals will not be responsible for any loss or damage that has occurred for a reshipment to a location other than the original shipping address provided on the order.

Free Return Shipping Labels:


We do not offer free return shipping labels.
