Shipping Policy

At Unalome Botanicals, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. We currently only ship to the continental United States but plan to expand our shipping options in the future.


Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 3 business days of the order being placed, unless a product is on backorder. We will notify you as soon as possible if any items in your order are backordered and provide you with an estimated delivery date.
Shipping costs will vary based on the weight of your order and your geographic location in the continental United States. You will be provided with a shipping cost estimate during the checkout process. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes due to the perishable nature of our products.


To ensure timely delivery, we recommend that orders be placed prior to 3pm EST to be counted as placed during that business day. We also offer overnight shipping as an option for certain products that can melt, such as soaps, balms, and creams. If you receive a product that has melted, the product is still good to use. Just place the product in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours and it will firm up. 


Please note that Unalome Botanicals is not responsible for any shipping delays or issues that are out of our control, such as weather or carrier delays. However, if you experience any issues with your shipment, please reach out to our customer service team and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
